GENERAL CONDITIONS

01.- Coupons for services should be issued normally, with the exception that you must put in the service box the code that corresponds to the excursion that you want to take.

02.- Upon arrival in Peru, coupons for services and hotels should be given by travelers to our representative.

03.- The coupons should indicate if DOMIRUTH should or should not issue airline tickets to the traveler.

04.- Groups and/or Fits should be confirmed 45 days before the arrival date, paying at the time of reservation 50% of the total cost. The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.

05.- The rates are valid from January 1st through December 31st, with the exception of: Holy Week, Inty Raymi Festival (June 20-27), Independence Festival (July 27-30), Christmas and New Year’s. Whatever other Black Out will be communicated to you with the appropriate timeliness through e-mail.

06.- The prices are totals per person, non-commissionable and given in US dollars.

07.- Please inquire with DOMIRUTH when the minimum is not indicated; as well as with optional programs, extensions and/or other variations.

08.- Prices do not include departure taxes on international and national flights.

09.- The airlines are responsible for your flights and itineraries.

10.- DOMIRUTH is not responsible in the case that a delayed flight alters the normal schedule of our programs.

11.- NO SHOW travelers will be charged the full amount.


REIMBURSMENTS

1.- Reimbursements will be given directly to the operator and/or corresponding agency.

2.- Absent travelers or travelers that interrupt the excursion are not eligible for any type of reimbursement.


MODIFICATION

1.- DOMIRUTH, for justifiable reasons, reserves the right to modify the itinerary as it deems necessary for the improvement of the trip.


DOCUMENTATION

1.- Personal documentation necessary for the travel, such as the possession of travel documents that must be handed in (coupons), is exclusively the responsibility of the traveler, who thus assumes the consequences of partial or total loss of such documents.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1.- The organizing agency is not responsible for the consequences of any program alterations caused by the closing of airports, weather conditions or other events, such as flight delays, political situations, wars, strikes, change in plane type and/or any other extenuating circumstance.

2.- In the case of extraordinary situations the occur before beginning or during travel, the organizer will take the necessary measures to find the most favorable or the least inconvenient solution possible; however, the consequences of such situations will be the exclusive responsibility of the client and his/her travel insurance.

3.- DOMIRUTH waives all responsibility for personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, robberies, losses or damages.

1.- Domiruth Travel Service S.A.C. y Cambio – Consultancy of Organizations S.A.C. (Peru Health Tours ), waives all responsibility for personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, robberies, losses or damages.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZER

1.- DOMIRUTH is exempt from all responsibility in the case of accidental and extraordinary circumstances.

2.- The consequences that may be produced by or that are attributed to the loaned or borrowed services should be assumed by these organizations and are not the responsibility of DOMIRUTH.
