See many different kind of birds and enjoy the beautiful landscape and hidden attractions:
Lima - Nazca - Abancay - Cusco - Arequipa - Paracas
Day 01: Lima.-
Arrival, reception and transfer to the Hotel. Assistance with the check in and overnight.

Day 02: Lima / Paracas.-
Breakfast. Today we will start our journey in the most modern and comfortable 4x4 trucks. We will drive south of Lima towards Paracas. Our first stop will be a small nature reserve on the outskirts of Lima, Villa Marshes. Here we wills see Andean Coot, Puna Ibis, Great and White-tufted Grebes, Cinnamon Teal, White-cheeked Pintail, Franklin’s Gull, Bay-winged and Red-backed Hawk. We will make selected stops along the way in agricultural areas particularly for Peruvian Thicknee and Slender-billed Finch. Other possibilities include a variety of Seedeaters including Drab (endemic), Parrot-billed and Chestnut-throated as well as Short-tailed Field-tyrant. Arrival in Paracas and Overnight.

Day 03: Paracas / Ballestas Islands.-
We will start with the trip to the Ballestas Islands. Depending on the time of year and weather we could see - Giant Petrel, Markham's Storm-petrel, Wilson's Petrel, White-rumped Storm-petrel, Wedge-rumped Storm Petrel, Cape Petrel, Peruvian Diving-petrel, Swallow-tailed Gull, Waved Albatross . Continuing on to the Ballestas Islands, the spectacle of these guano islands covered with tens of thousands of nesting Guaynay Cormorants and Peruvian Boobies is a stunning sight, not to mention the large colonies of South-American Sea-lion and Southern Fur-seals . Our targets here are the lovely Inca Tern, red-legged Cormorant, Peruvian Seaside Cinclodes and Humboldt Penguin. Return to Paracas and overnight.

Day 04: Paracas / Ica / Nasca .-
Breakfast. This morning we'll spend at the Pisco marshes sorting thru mixed flocks of Gulls, Terns and Shorebirds. We will surely see a variety of Herons and Waterfowl. After this visit we will continue the journey to Ica, you will visit the regional museum and also the Oasis of La Huacachina. Departure to Nasca. Arrival and overnight.

Day 05: Nasca / San Fernando / Nasca.-
Breakfast. Departure to visit one of the most important and hidden Natural reservation in the coast of Peru. We will drive 70 Km into the desert. On the way we will find Guanacos(Lamas) Desert foxes and according to the time of the year flying over the sea the beautiful Condor. This excursion will also provide a magnificent view to more sea-lions and Penguins. Return to Nasca and overnight.

Day 06: Nasca / Abancay.-
Breakfast. Departure to Abancay, on the way you will have the opportunity to see the beautiful and unique landscapes, Las Pampas Galeras and already near to Abancay we could see the endemic Apurimac Brush Finch, “Ampay Tapaculo”, Streak-backed and Rusty-fronted Canastero. Arrival in Abancay and overnight.

Day 07: Abancay / Sacred Valley.-

Breakfast. We will start our day departing to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, On the way we will visit Tarawasi as well as the amazing Stone of Saywite. Arrival in the Sacred Valley and overnight.

Day 08: Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu / Cusco.-
Breakfast. Departure in a Vistadome train to Aguas calientes, arrival and transfer in touristic bus to Machu Picchu, guided visit of the hidden citadel of the Incas. Buffet lunch included, return to the Train Station in Ollanta, reception and transfer to Cusco. Overnight.

Day 09: Cusco / Arequipa.-
Breakfast. Early tour around the City on the 4x4 trucks. After this we will start the journey to Arequipa, On the way we will have some stops to appreciate the beautiful landscape as well as some typical bid of the place. Arrival in Arequipa and overnight.

Day 10: Arequipa / Colca.-
Breakfast. Early departure to the Colca Canyon, Once we are in the Puna zone we'll be on the look out for Dark-winged Canastero and White-throated Sierra Finch. We'll stop at any lakes we pass as these often have some passage shorebirds at the edges as well as Chilean Flamingos, Crested Ducks and Speckled Teals. In the damper areas of the Puna there should be some Andean Geese and Puna Ibis and Aplomado Falcon is always a possibility here too as is the Diademed Sandpiper Plover. Arrival at the Hotel in Colca. Overnight.

Day 11: Colca / Arequipa.-
Breakfast. Departure to the Mirador del Condor to watch the Andean Condors rise from their roost. As the morning sun comes up and warms the air the condors take to the skies. At times these huge birds pass close to the observers waiting at the edge of this deep canyon and photo opportunities are unbelievable here! Peregrine Falcon, Puna Hawk, American Kestrels and Aplomado Falcon can also be seen here. Once this spectacle has finished we'll make our way back to Arequipa birding as we go. Overnight in Arequipa.

Day 12: Arequipa / Nasca.-
Breakfast. Departure to Nasca as we always do, we will have some stops on the way to birding as well as we will appreciate the fantastic landscapes in the desert. Arrival and overnight in Nasca.

Day 13: Nasca / Lima.-
Breakfast. Flight over the enigmatic Nasca Lines. After this amazing experience we will visit Cahuachi and its fabulous pyramids. Then we will depart to Lima. Arrival and Overnight.

Day 14: Lima / ….-
Breakfast. At pre-arranged time transfer to the airport to take the international flight.
